How do I place an order?
Browse our menu, build your cart, and tap "Order on WhatsApp". Your full order — including all items and your delivery details — is sent directly to us as a WhatsApp message. No apps to install, no accounts required to order.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to 19 areas: Ain Aalak, Ain Aar, Antelias, Awkar, Bayada, Beit Chabeb, Beit El Chaar, Beit El Kiko, Bikfaya, Bsalim, Dbayeh, Elissar, Fraykeh, Jal el Dib, Mazraat Yachouh, Mtayleb, Ornet El Hamra, Rabieh, and Zekrit. If your area is not listed, chat with us on WhatsApp — we may be able to accommodate you.
What time do you open?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be handled on Monday morning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery only. Payment is made in USD or LBP upon receiving your order. No card or online payment is required.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is available at our location: Mtayleb Highway, Facing Chedid Foods, Mtayleb. Order ahead via WhatsApp and your order will be ready for pickup in approximately 20–30 minutes.
How does the loyalty program work?
Create a free account on our website and earn points automatically with every order. Start as a Mini Beik, then level up through Beik, Big Beik, and Legend Beik tiers. Each tier gives you a higher points rate per dollar spent, plus bonus points on your first order and on combo orders. Redeem your points for free items and exclusive rewards.
Can I reorder a previous order?
Yes. Log into your account and go to My Account. Under Order History, you'll find a "Reorder" button on each past order. Tapping it restores all items from that order directly to your cart.
How do I share my location for delivery?
Open Google Maps on your phone, long-press your exact location until a pin drops, tap the address at the bottom to open the details panel, then tap "Share". Copy the link and paste it in the notes field when placing your order on WhatsApp. This helps us locate you precisely.
