Karam Bake was born out of a simple belief: that good Lebanese food, made with quality ingredients and genuine care, deserves to reach more tables. What started as a small family operation in Mtayleb has grown into a delivery-first bakery serving communities across the Metn region.
Our name says it all. “Karam” in Arabic means generosity — and that’s the founding principle behind every item on our menu.
A Bakery Built for the Modern Order
When we launched, we made a deliberate choice: no storefront pressure, no rushed counter service. We wanted every customer to browse at their own pace, pick exactly what they wanted, and send their order through WhatsApp when they were ready. That model has worked beautifully.
Our customers in Rabieh, Dbayeh, Jal el Dib, and across all 19 delivery zones we serve can place an order from their phone and have fresh bakery items delivered to their door. We confirm each order personally over WhatsApp — no bots, no automated responses.
